Sour cream dip recipe, this recipe I learnt from my daughter. She learnt the recipe from her friend’s mom. A few days back she made this for us on a weekend, along with burger. This tasted so yummy. I wanted to try this at home and just made it as per my daughter’s instructions.
If you don’t get sour cream in your place, you can use hung curd. Put the homemade yogurt in a strainer and keep it inside the fridge for 30 minutes. Keep a vessel below, so that the extra water will get collected. Also, check out my

Chop the greens of the spring onion and the capsicum into very fine pieces.
I used all three colors(red, green, yellow) of the capsicum.

- Roast the green chili in an open flame.

- Take the cream in a wide bowl and beat this nicely with a spoon.
- Chop the roasted chili finely.
- Mix everything to the cream and add salt and lemon juice.

- Serve with chips | or with bread or with vegetable sticks.

Notes:
- This can be kept in the fridge for a day. Always use this on the day when it is made.
- Sour cream dip pairs well with cut cucumber and carrots.

- 1 cup Sour cream You can use hung curd also
- 2 tbsp spring onion green part
- 3 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1 green chili
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
