
Method:
- In a wide bowl add the whole wheat flour and salt. Add water little by little and knead it into a pliable soft dough.
- Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal parts. Make the portions big and not small as we do for rotis.

- Dust the rolling board and and roll the roti into a thick and small disc.
- Apply ghee or oil on the disc.

- Close the edges and make it into a whole mass. Dust with some flour.

- Roll it into a thick paratha. Â Heat a tawa and place the paratha on the tawa.

- Cook on both sides and when they are cooking add few drops of oil on both sides. Repeat the same process for rest of the parathas.

- Parathas are ready to serve. Serve this with you favorite sabzi. We  had paratha, sabzi and tea for breakfast and replaced tea with Lassi for Dinner. I can say “wow what a comforting meal “

- You can  make the either round parathas or square ones or triangle parathas.
