Ripe Mango 2 small ( i used alphonso) Thick chilled milk 1 cup Mango ice cream 1 scoop Sugar optional Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop Pistachio and almonds 1 tblsp (sliced) Cherry 1 Oil 1 tblsp
Method :
- Peel the skin of mangoes and slice one portion into cubes.
- Remaining mangoes slice roughly and place in a mixie.
- Add chilled milk to this and blend along with a scoop of mango ice cream.
- You can add sugar if you want. I skipped sugar as the mangoes were quite sweet and ice creams complimented the sweetness too.
- Thick mango shake is ready.
- Blend smoothly.
- In a serving glass add 1 tblsp of chopped mangoes and pour the chilled thick mango shake.
- Do not pour till the top. Pour till 3/4 th of the glass.
- Top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with 1 tblsp of chopped mango cubes and garnish with nuts.
- Place a cherry on the top to make it more attractive.
- Generally tutti frutti is added, but since i don’t have i didn’t add.
- Serve immediately.
- Always use good quality of alphonso mangoes to make mango mastani.
- If you don’t get alphonso mangoes in your place, use any variety but the colour may vary.
- Mango ice cream gives a nice taste to the mango mastani, so make it sure to add the ice cream.
