Mango sauce recipe

Mango dip | Mango sauce is a dip made with ripe mangoes. This is an excellent dressing for salad too. You can serve this as a dip for any spicy paneer tikka or Vietnamese spring rolls and some plain-cut salad veggies. You can serve it with plain-cut raw mangoes too. Method:

  • Take out the skin from the mango and slice them.
  • Grind this into a paste. Transfer it to a bowl.

  • Chop the green chili into small pieces.
  • Add the honey, red chili powder, salt, and green chilies to the mango paste.
  • Add coriander leaves to this.
  • Mix well.

  • Serve as a dip or as a dressing.
  • We had mixed vegetable salad.

  1. You can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the mango sauce.
  2. A pinch of chaat masala can be added to give an extra taste.
  3. You can store this mango dip for a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango I used alphonso mango
  • ½ Green chili
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1/8 tsp Red chili powder
  • Coriander leaves little
