Mango sauce recipe
Mango dip | Mango sauce is a dip made with ripe mangoes. This is an excellent dressing for salad too. You can serve this as a dip for any spicy paneer tikka or Vietnamese spring rolls and some plain-cut salad veggies. You can serve it with plain-cut raw mangoes too. Method:
- Take out the skin from the mango and slice them.
- Grind this into a paste. Transfer it to a bowl.

- Chop the green chili into small pieces.
- Add the honey, red chili powder, salt, and green chilies to the mango paste.
- Add coriander leaves to this.
- Mix well.

- Serve as a dip or as a dressing.
- We had mixed vegetable salad.

- You can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic to the mango sauce.
- A pinch of chaat masala can be added to give an extra taste.
- You can store this mango dip for a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1 Mango I used alphonso mango
- ½ Green chili
- ½ tsp Honey
- Salt a pinch
- 1/8 tsp Red chili powder
- Coriander leaves little
Instructions
