Method#
- Chop the fruits into small cubes. Slice the banana into roundels.
- In a pan add sugar and add 1/2 cup of water. I used brown sugar.
- Boil the sugar till it reaches a one-string consistency.
- Once the consistency reaches, switch off the flame.

- Add the cut fruits to this when the syrup is hot. Add cardamom powder to this(if adding)
- Add the cashew nuts to this need to roast the cashew nuts in ghee. Add it raw.

- If adding raisins and dates add now.
- Cover it and keep it aside for an hour or 2 hours.
- Serve it along with a traditional South Indian meal.
- You can have this as a dessert too.
- This mixed fruit pachadi can be served with Vanilla ice cream too.

Kalyana Sweet pachadi#
Ingredients#
- 2 cups Mixed Fruits*
- 1/2 cup Sugar I used Raw sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 10 Cashew nuts
- Cardamom powder a pinch optional
- *I used Pineapple seedless grapes, apples and bananas. You can use mango, dates and raisins too.
