- Cucumber lassi

Rice flour 1/2 cup Yogurt 1/4 cup Mini cucumber 3 Green chili 1 Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Coconut 1 tblsp Ginger a small piece Coriander leaves few Salt as needed Oil as needed (to make the dosa)
Method:
- Wash the cucumber and cut them roughly.
- In a bowl add the rice flour and yogurt.
- Grind the chili, cucumber, coriander leaves, ginger, coconut and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
- Add this to the bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of water and mix the ingredients well to make as a dosa batter.
- The consistency of the batter should be slightly thinner than the dosa batter.
- Heat a pan and bring the flame to medium.
- Pour the dosa batter on the tawa and gently spread it.
- Drizzle some oil on the top and cook on one side.
- Once it is done on one side, flip on the other side.
- Cook and take it out.
- Serve immediately.
- Repeat this for the rest of the batter.
