Green chutney with almonds - 1

Mint leaves one handful Coriander leaves one handful Green chili 1 Almond 8-9 Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Salt as needed Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Method

  • Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Take the skin of the almonds.
  • In a mixie,add the coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chili,chaat masala,almonds,sugar and salt.
  • Grind into a fine paste. Add little water while grinding to adjust the consistency.
  • Add lemon juice to this and mix well.
  • Serve as a dip with samosas,kebabs. This can be used for sandwiches and chaat recipes too.
