  • Let’s make the khatta meetha chutney now.
  • Combine all the ingredients mentioned under the khatta meethi chutney into a smooth paste .
  • Add little water while grinding if required.

Ingredients

For the for Khatta meetha chutney

  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chilis
  • A small piece ginger
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Other ingredients

  • ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup boiled chana
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
