- Beans aloo sabzi
- Gajar matar sabzi

Cabbage 4 cups (finely chopped) Oil 1 tblsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Onion 1 Ginger 1 tsp (grated) Garlic 1 tsp (finely chopped) Chili 2 Tomato 1 Red chili powder 3/4 tsp (adjust as per your taste) Jeera powder 1/2 tsp Salt as needed Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves few
Method:
- In a pan add oil and add the cumin seeds.
- Add the finely chopped green chili, garlic, ginger and the onions.
- Saute till the onions become translucent.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes.
- Mix well.
- Add the red chili powder, jeera powder, salt and garam masala.
- Mix well and saute till the raw smell of the powders goes off.
- Add the finely chopped cabbage to this.
- I used Fairprice Organic cabbage and it gets cooked very fast.
- If using Indian variety, sprinkle some water and let this cook till soft.
- Once the cabbage gets cooked add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot with chapti or rice.
- We had with roti and dabba style dal tadka.
